1. Introduction

By registering as an Internet Resident, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.5 Internet Residency is non-transferable, limited to one account per individual, and may not be shared, leased, or reassigned. Any attempt to create multiple accounts under a single identity will be deemed fraudulent and subject to immediate termination.

1.8 Points accumulated through the Program have no monetary value, may not be exchanged for cash or transferred between users, and must be redeemed before their expiration date as indicated within your account dashboard.
1.9 If an account remains inactive for 24 consecutive months, the provider may deactivate the account, remove any unredeemed points, and suspend access to Program-related features. Users seeking reinstatement after deactivation must undergo a re-evaluation process.

2. DigitalInteraction & Community Standards
2.1 Internet Residents must engage respectfully and ethically within all digital spaces affiliated with the Program. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or the dissemination of misleading information is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Content created, shared, or promoted within the Program must comply with legal standards, intellectual property rights, and digital community guidelines. Any violation may lead to content removal, account suspension, or legal action where applicable.
2.3 Automated interactions, including but not limited to the use of bots, scripts, or artificial engagement mechanisms designed to manipulate system metrics, are strictly prohibited.
2.4 The provider reserves the right to moderate, restrict, or terminate any account engaged in disruptive, unethical, or harmful activities within the digital community.

3. DataCollection, Usage & Protection
3.1 By registering as an Internet Resident, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, and utilization of your data for purposes outlined within the Privacy Policy.
3.2 Data collected under the Program may include but is not limited to demographic information, browsing behaviour, interaction patterns, and device identifiers. This data will be used to optimize service delivery, improve engagement algorithms, and curate a more personalized online experience.
3.3 The provider employs commercially reasonable security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute protection against breaches. Users are encouraged to implement additional safeguards such as strong passwords, multi-factor authentication, and secure browsing practices.
3.4 Personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without explicit consent unless required by law, court order, or regulatory obligation.
3.5 Users reserve the right to request data access, correction, or deletion following relevant data protection laws. Opting out of data collection may limit functionality and accessibility to certain Program features.

4. RewardsSystem & Virtual Economy

4.2 Points earned through the Program are non-transferable, cannot be converted into real-world currency, and are subject to expiration as determined by the provider.
4.3 The provider reserves the right to modify the reward system at any time, including adjusting point values, introducing new redemption methods, or phasing out existing benefits.
4.4 Any fraudulent attempt to manipulate or artificially inflate point accumulation may result in point forfeiture and potential termination from the Program.

5. ContentOwnership & Licensing
5.1 By participating in the Program, you grant the provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute any content you contribute within the platform’s ecosystem, subject to the platform’s content policies.
5.2 Users retain ownership of their original content but acknowledge that participation in public forums or community-driven initiatives may require limited rights sharing for distribution and promotional purposes.
5.3 The provider reserves the right to remove, alter, or restrict access to any content deemed in violation of these Terms incompatible with community standards.

6. AccountSecurity & Fraud Prevention
6.1 Internet Residents must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any unauthorized activity detected within an account must be reported immediately to prevent potential misuse.
6.2 The provider reserves the right to implement security measures such as identity verification, IP monitoring, and activity tracking to prevent fraud, account hijacking, and unauthorized access.
6.3 Accounts found engaging in suspicious activity, including but not limited to multiple unauthorized logins, unusual engagement patterns, or breaches of digital security protocols, may be temporarily restricted or permanently disabled.

7. ProgramModifications & Discontinuation
7.1 The provider retains the right to discontinue, merge, or migrate the Program into alternative models, platforms, or structures at its discretion. In such cases, members will be notified of transitional procedures and any potential impacts on their accumulated benefits.
7.2 The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, or continued maintenance of Program features. Technical disruptions, system upgrades, or policy revisions may impact service continuity.
7.3 Internet Residents acknowledge that the program operates as a privilege rather than an entitlement. Membership may be revoked at any time should the provider determine that an individual's participation is detrimental to the integrity, stability, or sustainability of the Program.

8. GoverningLaw & Dispute Resolution
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted following the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in relation to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the designated legal territory.
8.2 In the event of a dispute, the parties shall attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
8.3 The provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the program, including but not limited to loss of data, service disruptions, or external breaches beyond its control.
